Write for us
We welcome pitches that give readers a clear, well-bounded way to think about movement, rest, recovery or the habits around activity. Send proposals through the Contact page rather than submitting a finished article without prior discussion.
What we welcome
Propose evergreen explainers, comparisons, thoughtful myth checks, background pieces or occasion-specific planning. Strong ideas have one central question, a clear reader in mind and a useful takeaway that does not depend on special access, testing or professional credentials.
What to include
Give us a working title, a short summary of the piece, the main point you would make and why it suits Active Wellness Review. Mention relevant experience accurately, identify any sources or conflicts of interest, and say whether the idea has been offered elsewhere.
Editorial boundaries
We do not seek personal treatment plans, unsupported cure claims or instructions that could put readers at risk. Proposals should handle uncertainty plainly and avoid presenting one person's experience as a universal result.
How to send a pitch
Choose the editorial question option on the Contact page and include your proposal in the message. A pitch is not a promise of publication; please wait for a response before drafting a full piece.
